We got a room near the elevator, and we couldn't rest because of the noise made by the elevator. I announced at the Reception, and I got a quiet room. Very welcoming, responsive staff, best location for waikiki. You have everything close. Our room was cleaned every day, and our towels were changed.

It was really close to the beach. The location is the best. Have access to beach towels , chairs, umbrella everything you need for a good beach day. Staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful .

The building is an old house with lots of charm and our room had a lot of character while also being very clean and having all the comforts. The backyard is gorgeous as well as the patio where you can have breakfat. Only the last day, we found out that there were beach chairs and towels available forthe guests for free. Great to visit Oahu by car: free parking, quiet neighborhood but still close to the highway.

Char’s place is amazing by any account! The localisation is breathtaking, the view from balcony directly to the ocean is something you can’t get enough of and the apartment is delightfully decorated, with all the necessary amenities (and much more). The private pool is also pretty cool, but when you got sort of a private beach by the ocean, you don’t even use the pool that much. Also the neighbours are very nice and helpful. West Oahu is simply beautiful.

Room was spacious, with modern design and a gorgeous balcony that overlooked the hills of Oahu and even a part of the ocean. Nice modern and spacious bathroom as well. The valet staff were so helpful with letting us drop our car off multiple times per day as we shuttled between activities around the island and our hotel room. And the pool area was lovely as well. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Honolulu.
